Prosecco is supposed to be light and cheerful which fits
perfectly as this wine is that and more.

Apples and pears with a hint of fresh flowers reside deep
within this wine. It has sweetness but starts and finishes with nice lip smacking
tartness. If you really want a lovely summer beverage try adding a squeeze of peach juice. I know what you are thinking why should we add anything to prosecco but this style of wine is supposed to be fun so you can play around with things. Give it a go.
