This wine was pressed straight to tank and allowed to undergo fermentation. It spends a total of 4 week in contact with lees before it was cleaned up and bottled. Easy winemaking and easy drinking.
Vineyard 28 The Alternative Arneis 2014
Not really showing much and what it showed was dilute in nature. There was a hint of runny pears and a touch of spice on a narrow palate. The palate feels rounded which suggests that I would be consuming this over the next few years. There needs to be a high degree of acidity to pull this wine together but otherwise it is drink at its peak now.
