Feudi di San Gregorio Fiano di Avellino 2009
The aroma's are non-existent at the moment but after a while things start to open out. The texture is creamy but there is huge amounts of vibrancy and juiciness. The wine feels like it has no oak characters at all which is true after I read the info sheet. This wine spent the whole time in stainless steal tanks before bottling. The flavours are in the dried herbs and savoury stone fruits and orange skin, while the length is extreme and the enjoyment factor edging that way.
