Carl Von Schubert's Maximin Grunhauser Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett trocken 2007

So I've been looking for a rizza to sit on the wine list so i thought I'd have a look at the Germans.  My best mate sent me over an article regarding wine labels and how we should categorize them.  Here is the link to the article.  If you want post a comment on where you think this label sits

When i opened the case of wine and i saw this, i knew i had to open it.

Maximin Grunhauser Herrenberg Riesling Kabinett trocken 2007

The wine opens with a little bit of spritz and sulfur as all good Rieslings do, then we move into a sliced apple, lime zest and chalky character.  The flavours sit perfectly on a spin of acid and a great palate length but at the moment it is tightly coiled so you have to be patient when it sits in your glass or when you let it sit in the cellar.
