Pooley Pinot Noir 2010

This is not a maker I am familiar with but I will be loading up on this wine as it ticks all the boxs for me. Good Quality, Cheap Price and Plenty of Interest! The only problem was the RRP is 40 but you can get it at under 20 in retail stores.

Pooley Pinot Noir 2010

Plenty of cool climate pinosity coming out here with dark savoury cherries and crushed cranberries toying with my senses while a bit of spice and crunchy rocks step up the quality and enjoyment level. Even though this is a light version of this variety it doesn't dampen the vigour of the flavours, in fact it works much better as a wine.  There is a huge core of acidity livening up the palate which will allow this to develop well in the bottle.
