When I was tasting this I had two things in mind. Firstly the flavours are nice and soft with the majority of the flavour spectrum moving from the dark end to the boiled end. Furthermore the texture and drying tannins freshened up the finish. Secondly the flavours moved just a little too far over with the alcohol warmth distracting from the overall experience. In fact the alcohol too more of a central roll the longer I had it open.
