Now i had to investigate how this is contructed, i was thinking a Pinot Gris and Gewerztraminer Blend, which turns out to be so much more. 30% Pinot Gris, 30% Auxerrois, 30% Muller-Thurgau and 10% Gewerztraminer.
Chateau de Vaux Les Gryphees 2010
This wine is a little too easy to drink! I opened this as I was cooking dinner with my wife and she managed to polish off two glasses before I had served the dish. Flavours of lemon, violets, Turkish delight, papaya, peach and white spring flowers meander along my palate. It’s soft and comforting from the mid-palate on and provides instant enjoyment.
